We own rental property in Charlotte but live out of state. One day, I was outside one of our properties and noticed a lawn service truck parked nearby as they had just completed a neighbor’s lawn. I walked over and asked if I could get a card as I needed an estimate on some major yard work with two of the properties. Long story short, David has been maintaining the yards at three of our properties for several years now. Not only regular maintenance, but seriously overgrown areas and smaller tree removal as needed. The last time I was in Charlotte, I had planned to plant tulips, daffodils and other bulbs but ran out of time..or more honestly energy given that I am older. David ended up planting over 200 bulbs for me. I just put him where I wanted them and he planted them a few days later. He does an absolutely phenomenal job at anything he does for me but even more important is what a wonderful person he is. I’ve told him this many times since he has been helping me but I truly believe God sent him to me because I don’t know what I would do without him. He is the nicest person and easiest person I have ever worked with. When I can afford it, I am going to have him do other things for me like some concrete work because I know whatever he does, he will do a fantastic job!

Wonderful costomer service!!! We had David come out and give us a quote for a new semi-circular driveway. The price was very reasonable, and David was very easy to work with. This buisiness did an amazing job! We had a very complicated downhill driveway with pot holes, gravel and chunks of asphalt. They came out yesterday evening to grade the driveway and tore up the old asphalt and then this morning they were here bright and early, right on time as specified. They worked tirelessly all day and had our driveway completed before I got home from work. The quality of the work is amazing and looks fantastic. I highly recommend this company, they did two concrete pads with footings, and rebar for my garage addition.
