David was referred to us by two different households after installing a patio and landscaping for them two years ago. Since then, we have trusted David with transforming the back yard of our new construction home into something we are very proud of. David worked with us on the limited amount of space we had to work with, suggesting hardscaping and landscaping with flowering perennials that would serve us for years to come. We have had him come three times over the past two years to add to our plan. We are thankful to have found David. He is professional, shows up on time, delivers on what is needed, is reasonably priced, and is wonderful to work with. We hope to continue to use David's expertise for years to come! Wonderful costomer service!!! We had David come out and give us a quote for a new semi-circular driveway. The price was very reasonable, and David was very easy to work with. Scheduling was also very easy and everything pictured was done same day which was more than I expected. This buisiness did an amazing job! We had a very complicated downhill driveway with pot holes, gravel and chunks of asphalt. They came out yesterday evening to grade the driveway and tore up the old asphalt and then this morning they were here bright and early, right on time as specified. They worked tirelessly all day and had our driveway completed before I got home from work. The quality of the work is amazing and looks fantastic. I 100 percent recommend this company to anyone needing concrete work done!

We own rental property in Charlotte but live out of state. One day, I was outside one of our properties and noticed a lawn service truck parked nearby as they had just completed a neighbor’s lawn. I walked over and asked if I could get a card as I needed an estimate on some major yard work with two of the properties. Long story short, David has been maintaining the yards at three of our properties for several years now. Not only regular maintenance, but seriously overgrown areas and smaller tree removal as needed. The last time I was in Charlotte, I had planned to plant tulips, daffodils and other bulbs but ran out of time..or more honestly energy given that I am older. David ended up planting over 200 bulbs for me. I just put him where I wanted them and he planted them a few days later. He does an absolutely phenomenal job at anything he does for me but even more important is what a wonderful person he is. I’ve told him this many times since he has been helping me but I truly believe God sent him to me because I don’t know what I would do without him. He is the nicest person and easiest person I have ever worked with. When I can afford it, I am going to have him do other things for me like some concrete work because I know whatever he does, he will do a fantastic job!

I purchased my home two years ago and wanted to ensure contacting the right contractor to extend the driveway, sidewalk area, create a back patio and install a concrete pad for a storage building. David and crew were highly recommended by a friend. Upon the initial meeting and subsequent quote for services it was obvious that David was very professional, affordable and with years of experience it was also obvious he cared about the quality of his work. Needless to say, I can see why this company is highly rated. The project was completed to perfection. They kept the timeline they projected. They stayed on budget; no up-charging, as I had experienced in the past with other contractors. I have not had a formal appraisal, but I feel I've added value to my home beyond what I paid.
